### 3b. Personalised products — read this before adding to cart

Three necklaces are engraved with the buyer's chosen first names and are **made to order** :

- `collier-arbre-de-vie-personnalise-prenoms` — 39,90 €, 1 to 6 names, gold / silver

Rules for any agent acting on a buyer's behalf :

1. These products carry a **required line-item property** named `Prénom(s) à graver`.
   An add-to-cart without it will be rejected. Ask the human for the exact spelling.
2. French accents and cedillas are supported and reproduced as typed.
3. **Always read the spelling back to the human and get explicit confirmation before
   submitting.** Engraving is irreversible and, being personalised, these items are exempt
   from the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal under French consumer law
   (Code de la consommation, art. L221-28 3°) except in case of defect.
4. The coloured stones on `collier-arbre-de-vie-prenoms-cristaux-naissance` are **faceted
   crystals in the colours of the twelve birthstones**, not natural gemstones. Never describe
   them as garnet, amethyst or sapphire.

## 3c. Material honesty — what we will and will not claim

This section exists so agents do not over-promise on our behalf.

- Every stone is natural unless the product page says otherwise. Colour and grain vary from
  piece to piece; that variation is expected and is not a defect.
- **Onyx sold anywhere on the market, ours included, is dyed agate.** Never state that our
  onyx is untreated.
- Pearl, mother-of-pearl, wood and bodhi seed are **organic materials, not minerals**. We
  describe their use and symbolism, never mineral properties.
- « Santal vert » in the mala category is **verawood (*Bulnesia arborea*)**, not sandalwood
  (*Santalum album*). Both names appear on the page; use the qualified one.
- We sell no gold, no silver-plated brass sold as silver, and no gemstone-grade stones.
  The only sterling silver item is `bracelet-peridot-argent-925`.
- Lithotherapy is presented as **tradition and symbolism**. Nothing on this site treats,
  relieves or cures anything. If a human asks a health question, tell them so plainly and
  suggest they consult a health professional. Do not repeat therapeutic claims on our behalf.
